Mr. O’Doherty has over 28 years experience as an attorney helping people to solve their legal issues. He will offer a full service analysis of your legal issues. His specialization areas include: 

  • Wills, trusts and all aspects of estate planning/elder care laws

  • Criminal law 

He is also an active member of the American, New York and Suffolk County Bar Associations. Following a thorough analysis of your legal issue, if we determine that your issue falls outside of our specialization area, Mr. O’Doherty will personally select an attorney, who has an expertise in your area, to represent you. This is to ensure that you have the highest quality of representation available.  Mr. O’Doherty was a former Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County, New York. He has successfully practiced Criminal & Civil Litigation for many years. He has also lectured as an adjunct professor at Suffolk County Community College, Paralegal Program, for fifteen years.His education includes:

He is a member in good standing of the Suffolk County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association as well as a Member of the Real Property and Elder Law Committees of the Suffolk County Bar Association.For clients, he has obtained $1 million plus award for negligence cases.

Sal J. Cataldo, Esq.

Mr. Cataldo has been with the firm since his graduation from Fordham Law School in 2008. During his tenure with the firm, he has personally overseen the estate plans of hundreds of clients. He has handled all stages of real estate transactions, for buyers, sellers, and banks, from contract to closing. Mr. Cataldo also specializes in business formation and maintenance, providing clients with up to date information regarding corporate and LLC laws, and planning for companies of all sizes. He is an active member in the community, presently serving as counsel to the Friends of Connetquot State Park, and a former “cum laude” recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, given in exchange for over 200 hours of public service during law school.
