Mr. O’Doherty has over 20 years experience as an attorney helping people to solve their legal issues. He will offer a full service analysis of your legal issues. His specialization areas include:

He is also an active member of the American, New York and Suffolk County Bar Associations. Following a thorough analysis of your legal issue, if we determine that your issue falls outside of our specialization area, Mr. O’Doherty will personally select an attorney, who has an expertise in your area, to represent you. This is to ensure that you have the highest quality of representation available.
Mr. O’Doherty was a former Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County, New York. He has successfully practiced Criminal & Civil Litigation for many years. He has also lectured as an adjunct professor at Suffolk County Community College, Paralegal Program, for fifteen years.

- Harlan A. Freilicher has been practicing law for
over a decade. Born and raised on Long Island, he attended the
University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate, earning degrees from
both the Wharton School of Business and the College of Arts and
Sciences. After graduating with honors in 1992, he went on to attend
the Duke University School of Law, from which he earned his law
degree in 1995. He practiced in North Carolina for seven years
before moving back to Long Island in 2002.
- As a real estate attorney, Mr. Freilicher is
experienced in representing purchasers, sellers, mortgage lenders,
and title companies. During his legal career, he has also handled
matters in a wide variety of other practice areas, including wills
and estates, landlord-tenant issues, land trusts, commercial
